Each applicant must complete an application, credit check (checking for evictions and judgments), criminal background check , and agree to an employment verification. Prohibited breeds of dogs include any mix of Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Rottweiler, Great Danes, and Caucasian Mountain Dogs.

Credit and Criminal Checks are conducted through Zillow or National Tenant Network.
